Ikiwa kama kawaida yangu kuku sogezea mbinu za kupunguza tumbo leo nakusogezea zoezi la LONG ARM CRUNCH ili linasaidia kufanya tumbo lina kuwa flat na kupunguza mafuta mwilini ukifanya kwa juhudi utaona mafanikio yake muda simrefu

Kufanya zoezi hili, lala kwenye sakafu au mkeka halafu nyoosha mikono yako nyuma iwe karibu na masikio yako.  Fanya zoezi hili seti 1-3 kwa kurudia mara 12-16.
